    Product Description

    With over 22 years of producing and tuning state-of-the-art supercharger systems for a variety of platforms, ESS knows a thing or two about forced induction system design and integration. We've now taken our expertise into the American domestic market by designing a complete bolt-on supercharger system for the 5th generation Camaro SS.

    This system uses the ESS G series high efficiency supercharger units. A massive air to air intercooler keeps temperatures down while an innovative reverse-tension belt-drive system ensure optimal belt grip even during extreme racing conditions for extended periods. All of this comes along with an extremely robust, industry-leading bracket design for unmatched overall performance and driveability, and a complete installation kit with all the hoses and hardware you'll need makes it the best complete kit on the market today.

    If that's not enough, the supercharger system was designed to support a Vortech V7YSi supercharger that can be swapped straight in for power potential up to 1400HP with supporting engine and fuel system upgrades. The main bracket system, belt-drive system and intercooler/SC induction system were designed with extreme power in mind straight out of the box.

    Additional Information: 

    This kit is completely bolt-on and requires no custom fabrication.  Comes with a custom windshield wiper fluid reservoir which allows you to maintain that functionality instead of completely removing it.  Also, the kit comes with bracket adapters and all necessary hardware which allows for easy swapping between all 5th Gen model years (10-15). 

    Standard tuner kits are supplied with either 110mm (7.5PSI) 105mm (8.5PSI or 95mm (11-12PSI) pulleys at no extra charge. Custom sizing is available on request.

    Install Time: 8-10 hours.

      I like everything besides not having the option to change color of head unit and intercooler. Only bad thing is you spend 7k and don’t even get a sticker besides for the balancer.

      3 years with this kit. Now using the G4-95 head unit, 427ci, E85, 1158whp 1017wtq. No meth needed. Intake temps peak 105 during dyno runs. Cooler on street. What a bad ass kit!

      Decided to turn the G3X up a little. 95mm pulley, E85 and 15 degrees of timing. Could only rev the car to 6400 due to a speed limiter that was not tuned out, but it still made 913whp and 787wtq on a dynojet at a peak of 18psi. Might have hit 20psi and 940whp at 7300. Still running the same belt I purchased with the kit two years ago. Absolutely awesome tuner kit. Still have the 90mm to test....Get the G3X!

      Big Power Bargain

      I purchased the tuner kit with the Vortech V3Si blower in January 2018. With a small camshaft, full exhaust and 95mm pulley (10.5psi) the car made 657whp on 93 octane. When I needed more power I upgraded to the Billet Wheeled G3X blower. With a 110mm pulley (14psi) and E85, it made 808whp. Thats a gain of 151whp on low boost! No need to tap the oil pan or run oil lines, the G3X is self lubricated and capable of well over 1000whp. The belt wrap design and 10 rib pulleys mean no belt slippage. The inter-cooler in this kit is excellent, but heavy. IATs are usually just a few degrees above ambient. I've been putting this kit to the test for over 1 year and have had zero hiccups. Give the G3X a try, extremely efficient blower. Smaller and lighter than the Ysi. It's worth the money!
