2nd time purchasing an ESS performance tune and result is amazing. Again. Just a different car with 100hp gain. So drive-able but the extra acceleration is there when you need it.

I thought I was losing my mind because I couldn’t get the program to read my coding section. I uninstalled and reinstalled the program and it worked fine. I’m sure it was an error on my end or with the PC I borrowed to load flash tune (I only had a Mac). Regardless, it’s resolved and the process to load the tune was super easy after that. Tune is awesome I am very happy with the results. I’ve already recommended to 2 other if my friends. Bottom end power is MUCH more noticeable. From 60 to 90 feels twice as fast. In sport + you can easily smoke the tires if you want. Throttle response in sport mode feels sharper, but in comfort mode and under normal driving conditions you can’t even tell it’s tuned. It drives super smooth and perfect. Thank you to AJ for your patience with my computer error and a great product! Will buy from ESS from now on when possible!

Ordered a "racechip" outdated piggyback instructions, no help whatsoever, returned as soon as possible. Came across ESS tuning in my research and found it to be one of the most established best rated BMW tuning houses. Not disappointed at all, love the ability to flash at my convenience. The amount of power produced by the flash is undeniable and a testament to the "detuned" cars BMW sells. No need for a dyno run or butt dyno, the sport display in the car says it all 480+ HP and 480+ lb/ft torque pegged by 3500 RPM. Very happy overall., One hint: if you live in Cali we have S*it gas, and I had to get a slightly modified file so that pinging wasn't an issue. I sent an email and AJ responded with the new file within 20 minutes!!! That is amazing service!

First time I ever dealt wit ESS Tuning and I’m glad to say I had No issues with the them in terms of product delivery, installation and customer service. Truley professionnel every question that was asked was promptly responded. As for the Program itself So far so good, not sure of the power gained yet until I get it on a dyno but you can really do feel the extra punch.

Sent in my ECU on Monday, got it back on Wednesday with an extra 125hp!! Car went from 445hp to 570hp and 555lb-ft torque in 3 days. It's a brand new car all over again. Best part... Apart from flash tune. Car is bone stock, not 1 modification. Can't wait to get started to see just how much more horsepower I can gain. TO BE CONTINUED.......

i cant be happier with the results of ess tuning stage 1 flash tune. the results are amazing. i have tried jb plus, racechip ultimate, ess etronic box and was not happy with any of them. my car is 2013 650xi coupe. my stock times by vbox and g-timer were 0 to 60 4.3 sec and 1/4 12.8 at 106 mph. i sold my vbox to a member last week because after calibration my g timer was as accurate as vbox on multiple runs so did not need it. the posted times are on g timer coz i sold my vbox last week. 0 to 60 3.4 sec 1/4 mile 11.8 sec at 117mph 0 to 100 8.5 sec and all this is on flash tuned car, otherwise everything stock. runs were done today in the afternoon, 80 degree heat and humid and i am 1500m meter above sea level. another cool thing is that ess gives you OBD cable to change back to stock and tune and for future tune updates which can be done at home with laptop. they update software twice a year. no no need to send in ecu no m-boot kinda thing needed. flash tune is 1345+295 for obd cable. first time you have to send dme in for flash after that everything can be done at home via laptop and obd cable. you can go back to stock when taking car in for service. it takes 10 mins to change from tune to stock to tune. also the throttle response is amazing, no jerking or sudden/ abrupt surge. feels linear and power is all the way to the redline no fall off as noted with piggybacks. Forgot DA correction, altitude 1500, temp 83 f , pressure 30, Humidity 52. Da correction 3300. DA corrected time 0 to 60 3.3sec 1/4 mile in 11.6 sec at 119 mph. Ess flash tune is amazing and the best flash tune available period. Also it is the cheapest flash tune out there. It gives you the capability to return to stock at home in 10 mins without sending the ecu
